-Flexible feeding inlet with self-patented level adjustment using ball screw joints plus balance cylinders; variable feeding curves available to adapt to different process requirements
-Frame plates arranged in groups as per uniform loads with stable size and high precision; frame movement using sliding sleeves and rods for heat compensation
-Hi-precision platens with surface flatness less than 0.05mm as well as wear resistance, good elastic performance and long lifetime; connection between hot platens adopting short step structures with smaller heating hole gaps and less temperature variation
-Self-patented design of the sliding between rolling rod and pin shaft and the stable structure of chain and pin; pin shafts inlaid with grooved wear bushings for a better lubrication between pin shaft and rolling rod.
